The law firm is currently divided into three main sections:

• Civil, Criminal Litigation – This section of the firm deals with all matters at the courts as well as other quasi-judicial bodies. The areas included range from Insurance Law, Contract Law, Marriage Law, Land and Property Law etc.
• Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – This section of the law firm handles all matters that are to be settled through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. This includes matters referred for arbitration, mediation, negotiation, conciliation amongst other ADR mechanisms. Both partners in the firm are certified mediators and are hence competent to handle disputes referred for mediation either by the court or by the parties themselves.
• Commercial and Corporate Affairs – This section of the law firm deals with all non-litigation matters. This includes offering legal opinions to our various corporate clients as well as providing support services in matters to do with insurance and procurement. Additionally, all company secretarial services are also offered under this section as our Managing Partner is a certified secretary as well as a member of the Institute of Certified Secretary. The areas of focus include Energy Law, Procurement Law, Company Law and Intellectual Property Rights Law etc.
