Ms Nthenge is the Co-founder and partner of Kimitei, Nthenge & Company Advocates LLP.
She is an alumni of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and has been admitted to the bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She has worked extensively in the Insurance sector whereby she was employed by PACIS Insurance Co Ltd. She is a Commissioner for Oaths and Certified mediator. Additionally, she is currently pursuing the course to become a Certified Public Secretary.
She is indeed a true definition of the word ‘go-getter’. This rare quality can be seen in her work. Whether it is engaging a prospective client of the firm or participating in strategy meetings for a case, Ms Nthenge always brings her top game to the table. She will convince you even if it means resorting to her mother tongue. There is no stopping her once she gets into a heated debate on Insurance law. She can go on for hours on the duties and responsibilities that come about on any type of insurance policy.
But do not let her loud personality fool you, she is quite the sweet heart and charmer. Her vibrant and bright personality ensures that there is never a dull moment at the office. She quickly transforms from the nerd buried in her law books to the comedian in an instant. She always jokes that if law was not her calling, she would have been a stand-up comedian.
